Elevated IGF-1 is pretty clear. You need an acromegaly specialist. Depending on where you can travel to and finances, I would give DR. Shlomo Melmed a try. He developed some of criteria for diagnosing Acromegaly. He is with Cedars Sinai in Los Angeles. I messed about for 5 years before I went to DR. F in LA. Wish I had gone sooner. Keep us posted.
