Lee- definately get another IGF-1 test done- the symptoms you describe should cause concern especially where you had a tumor removed before- go to another Doc if this one won't give you the tests & doesn't think that anything is wrong. Acromegally is nothing to mess with & like you say, you could be in the early stages- hands and feet just don't instantly swell up & announce "Acromegally' right away- the tests are what determine- not the visuals.
