I too have had the experience of inadvertently dumping a bunch of icons
on the dock whilst trying to trash them: the trash icon is all too keen
to scoot out of the way. So I'd just like to pass this on to anyone
who doesn't know it - hold down Command before you get to the dock and
the dock icons will no longer part, making the trash an easier target.
