 Canon CSP does it for free (after testing) but keep the camera four 
days. They remove the sensor and clean it. From what I had experienced 
I never saw an absolute clean sensor, but in an overall it is no more 
an issue for me, at least much more easy to manage than dust on a scan.

 How much does it cast to replace the sensor
if you mess things up?
