Also, Help | Process Reference does work - only the Info button is 
(universally?) broken.

The Help button works (gives Modifying existing Toolbars).

Sorry, not a Delphi developer. I am not even a full-time Protel 
user... ;-)  But I have noticed that ProHelp99SE.ini is re-written 
every time Client is opened and (maybe) closed. Sounds like a bug 
in the toolbar dialog...
