I third or fourth the motion. I would NEVER use the feature (note: I call it
a feature very loosely).

        Fix the existing bugs, lackings, out right blatant errors and add
the features that the users are asking for. If you want a satisfied user
base it would be very easy to poll the users on proposed features and have
them assign priorities according to their needs.
        While you are at it, do you think you could get a help system that
works and a manual that is accurate, just  minor little petty things that
should be reinforced in consumer law!
