Mike,
I have seen this, or something similar, once before when I
transferred a file to Ian. Did you zip the file before transferring? This
was the root of my problem, zipped it up and then emailed it and everything
was fine. Sorry I didn't pipe up sooner, I was reading the thread but didn't
realize you were using email so I didn't think it could be what I had seen
before.
