The Wincupl Atmel.DL file is not working when I try to compile . The one
that works is another file, called also Atmel.DL , from the Atmel free
Protel download . It is in the library\pld folder and that one works all the
way to successful compile. I just copied the Atmel.dl file from the
Atmel/Protel trial installation to another machine which was runnign the
real Protel 99se sp6 , and presto, all atmel clpd's came up .

After looking into these files I came to the conclusion that wincupl is
using a newer version of cupl than atmel/protel, so the atmel.dl file from
wincupl doesn't work with protel. The Atmel Protel and the real Protel are
the same (sp6) and therefore the libraries are probably interchangeable.
