Actually, it makes complete sense. The not "intuitive" part is true for *any* global edit on an attribute like selection. In other words, the scope filter examines each part according to what it was *before* the edit. In PCB, this is true for every attribute, I think, but Schematic makes some changes in a different way.


(In PCB, for example, if you want to change every 20 mil track to 15 mils, you'd edit the track size to 15 mils, use "Same", etc.)
