Your pastor has decided that it is high time to start a rangers program. He has come to you about it and you have prayed about everything and left everything into God's hands.
For the next month you and the pastor and some of the board have discussed the mission of rangers to several men in the men's ministry. You come away with 4 other men that are interested. And you decide to go through all of the training. Fast forward 2 months..... Everyone is trained. Your pastor and the church board has called you into a meeting, your the Senior Commander. They tell you that the Church is willing to begin Rangers with a $10,000 account. There is no commitment to Rangers for more. You know you are starting from scratch other than the training.
