Ranger netters. Where is your vision? Where is your desire to be a
Royal Ranger?
The uniform stands for a group called Royal Rangers. It sets us apart.
We are part of the Team. Our Rank and accomplishments are displayed on
our uniforms. Those who have achieved the GMA proudly and rightfully so
display that top award.

Don't tell me you can't. I am and I did and it can be done. If you run
Royal Rangers as the Leaders Manual says from Pastor Support to Outpost
Council the uniform is a standard. It cost no more than a shirt and
pants and it is no hotter.

Make the Royal Ranger Uniform the standard every wednesday night and run
Royal Rangers as it was meant to be ran. Anything less is romper room.
Without the unform there is no reason for advancements, merits. Who could
tell that you were a patrol guide of the Wild eyed Beaver Patrol or a new
recruit. I couldn't.

Guys and Gals. Do Royal Rangers. Don't tell me you can't. I know
better. If your Church isn't behind you then get them behind you. It
starts from the Pastor on down. Hand him a Leaders Manual and ask him to
look it over and in a couple of weeks ask for another meeting and then
pray hard. After you talk with him ask him if he wants to do Royal
Rangers? Ask from the front cover to the back cover. If he says yes
then explain the costs and commitment and how it would be funded. Your
job is not to raise your own funds you have enough to do then seek money
at every turn. That is the pastors job to see that your funded. He is
in control of the finances of the Church.

This worked. Buy a 20.00 dart gun, ballon and candy from Walmart
sporting goods. Commander you and your leaders..(ALL) should be showing
up in Full Class B uniform. Then setup the dart gun and those who wear
the uniform get to shoot for prizes and candy. Give out a Kaki Belt or a
bolo or some other ranger related item. Send a letter home to the
parents that if they will buy a Kaki Shirt 16.95 the church will buy the
pants on loan to them.

It works. Brothers and Sisters. Keep your outpost in Full Class B
Uniform every wednesday night. Wear those pants and shirts out for
Jesus. You can do it.
