Greatings in the Name of our Lord Jesus Chirst.

I agree, to a point.  I also like the Class B uniform, our outpost is basicly an Urban Outpost.  Most of our boys don't get any support at home.  We as an Outpost don't have the Finances to furnish all the boys with uniforms.  Even if we do We don't have any garentees that they will come back( the uniforms).  We don't want to use all our bugit on uniforms either.  With the Straight Arrows we keep the Vest in our Ranger Closet.  We can't do this with the rest of the uniforms.  I do expect my Commanders to be in uniform.

I have seen clothes that the boys wear in to the Ranger Program.  Dirty, torn, not in good shape.  If they, or thier parents, treat the Ranger Uniform the same way this is not good either.  I would rather go with a T-shirt or Polo,  It's cheeper, plus we could keep that at the church and the boys change when they get there.  We have an outpost that more that half our boys comes from the local projects.  I'm not saying that Just because you live in the projects they can't keep their things nice, but I have seen how they treat their own clothing.  What would you suggest for this.

Our MAIN goal it to Reach, Teach and Keep boys for Christ.  It don't say anything about keeping them in uniform.    We need to get back to the real reason why we are all here.  IT'S ALL ABOUT THE BOYS......

I know I'm rambling.  Someone said there was a lot of pray into the Manual.  I agree.  I also belive that Richard Marriot is putting a great deal of pray into the changes he and the board will be making.  I don't think it will be just a random act of change.  Lets wait and see what is going to be the final changes before we go off the deep end.

Talk with your Distric Commanders, Area Commanders,  Sectional Commanders.  Find out what's going on.  Let's just remember it's ALL FOR THE BOYS.

We all need to be PRAYING that Richard and the rest of those that will be making the final disitions has done what GOD wants, not what they want.  I feel from Talking the short time with Mr. Marriot that he has seeked GOD's will.

Sorry
