The boys will imitate what they see.  If we don't earn advancements
and awards, they won't either.  I earned the nickname, "Commander
Pain and Suffering" because I worked the boys fairly hard on the
advancements.  we never had so many Scouts and Top Hands.  But,
those boys have continued to achieve, and they like it.  Once you
have attempted to achieve and have succeeded, the satisfaction
you feel is like nothing else.
