Hello For Jim, Following Razzak's directions did the trick for me. I believe the trick here is get rid of any leftovers so that you can get a clean installation. After eliminating the registry entr, I reloaded 7.1 from the disk, then went straight to the last update. It has been working fine since. Does it sound as if this would be the appropriate next step, and, if so, will it work with my original discs for v.7.0? Do you think that this could be caused by something else? All of my other programs seem to operate as before. As a non-programmer (I'm only a lowly engineer, and a retired one at that) I really appreciate your help and that of the list. Download the Update 80 http://www.rbase.com/rbg7updates You may want to save the file with a different name. 03. Close all RBG7 Sessions, if opened. 04. Install the Update 80 accordingly 05.
