In the past, I always had problems downloading updates with Zone Alarm. Not wanting to disable ZA for any length of time, I now VPN to my server at the office and download there, then I copy the files over to my home pc. Works great. In this case, once the files were copied over in a temporary directory, I unzipped them to the C:\RBTI\RBG7 directory, and allowed overwriting. No problem.
