As you could have read in my posting from nearly a month ago, I didn't have time to spend on bug reports. Besides, filing a bug report doesn't help me, since I'm always at least 6 months behind every new version.

If the posting didn't get noticed, well that's just too bad. If RS did notice it, but weren't flexible enough to follow up on it because it was no 'official' bugreport... ditto.

I did the only thing that I could spare time for, which was to make fellow list members aware of a possible problem.

I guess RS didn't pick it up after all. I can't believe it was too late for r4, so they must have been bound by their own set agenda too much.

Did you file a bug report? I don't see a URL listed and I didn't find one in my search.

If you don't file a bug report, you have no reason to think it will be noticed and fixed based on an email message to the list.
