-For requestting information under RTIAct 2005 one does not have to produce any proof of Indian cityzenship. Section 6(2) of the Act is amply clear. It says that " An applicant making request for informtion shall not be required to give any reasons for requesting the informtion or ANY OTHER PERSONAL DETAILS except that that may be necessary for contacting him." Where does it say that one has to produce proof of Indian cityzenship with his application?
