On what basis are they asking for proof of citizenship" 2. Certified copy of the RTI rules and regulations passed by the competent authority, which authorise the PIO to ask applicants for "proof of citizenship" 3. Name , designation, office telephone number, office address of the authority who authorised the display of such a requirement on that website. RTIwanted
