My father in law is a member of a live steam club. To make movies of
it, I had him put a flat in front of his engine (Southern F - green),
I laid down on the flat with my camcorder at "engineer level" whilst
he pushed me around the "layout". That was a lot of fun, but the
trees sure looked big, "land of the giants"!!! His club also has
operating accessories; water tanks and plugs, signals, sawmill where
they saw trees for their construction projects. Those trains are
about 1/8 scale, so if I put a 1/8 scale doll on an s scale train it
would be the same ratio as a real person on 1/8 scale train... one of
my someday projects.
