Right! If it is from the father of the current owner, it very likely is. As I recall the hobby shop at the time was indeed on Lexington Avenue but on the north side of University Avenue and on the west side of Lexington. The current shop last time I visited, which was back in the early Nineties, is south of University and on the east side of Lexington. Of course, things could have changed.
