I assume you have seen the Flyonel Big Boy with the 027 trailing trucks? If
so, how does the TT on the Challenger compare to it?

The Atlas layout building presentation sounds like it will be a good one :)

I went to the LIONEL booth today to check out the track.  It IS  T-rail,
H-O style joiner, looks very bland and plain in it's present  incarnation.
 
The trailing truck on the new Challenger looks oversized in comparison to
the drivers.  Not sure that is a fair comparison, the trailing truck on a
loco that size with the firebox it would have to have had to support the
need 
 for fire, it may be correct.
 
ATLAS is apparently doing a very good presentation on layout building,
going to sit-in tomorrow, see what I can learn.   Maybe I  need help--
