I forwarded this information on to our FCC / NCS liason, Allan Manuel,
and as he says below he will intervene if you need assistance. His
contact information is included in his message below. He is a good guy
and genuinely tries to help. We can call on him for anything related to

Have you considered using 5 and 10MHz channel space in the 5 gig range.
I'm not saying that even 5MHz will work with the cell backhauls, but may
help you with the lower 5 gig range.

CLEC status for other providers. He has been a big help to WISPA since
the beginning. He does charge for his services but his rates are better
