You might think that the vocative would be A' Choinneich', but it is in fact, 'A' Coinnich". Hai a h-uile duine! Bha cèilidh aig an clas Gàidhlig againn oidhche Shathairne. Bha e sgoinneil, agus bha mòran duine ann. Our Gaelic class had a cèilidh Saturday night. It was excellent, and a lot of people were there. Ghabh Dai òrain Gàidhlig agus chluich air an giotàr. Rinn Mòrag dannsa Eireannach. Agus ghabh mi naidheachd. Dave sang Gaelic songs and played the guitar. Sarah danced an Irish dance. And I told a story. As deigh sin, rinn a h-uile duine dannsa cèilidh. Afterwards, everyone was cèilidh dancing'. Nuair a bha sinn a' dol dhachaidh, sheinn sinn 'Sorraidh Leibh 's Oidhche Mhath Leibh'. When we were going home we sang 'Farewell to you and Goodnight to You'. Tha an dùil agam gum bi fear eile ann!
