smartbar on thursdays has been bringing in people like matt dear and magda. its not every thursday, but pretty regular. there's occasioal shows at empty bottle. stewart walker and thomas fehlmann were both this past month. unfortunately, there's rarely more than 50 people at any of these shows.

If memory serves me correctly a major label did offer to sign jaguar with the possibility of remixes but UR and DJ Rolando declined. That track could have easily climbed the Billboard dance charts giving Detroit techno more exposure in America but some people choose to stay underground. on
