I think the issue may be that you are trying to set the Request ID (Field ID
1) with a value while opening the form in Submit mode. Since the field is a
system field, I believe your value is being removed since once you hit
submit, the system fills the field with the record id.

All fields on a particular view will appear in the "Fields" drop-down on
