Jason, Which version of Remedy and what type of db are you using? I've done that type of copy with ARS V6 (oracle db) successfully, but when I did that we used a different DB name (ie remprod vs remdev) to make sure we knew we were pointing to the correct db. Haven't tried it with V7 yet.
