No , the error is not related to assignment mapping(i am providing the support compnay, organization and group) The error says first name, last name etc etc cannot be blank ( even when i provide all the mandatory fields on HPD) This goes away if i assign a support group to the person Regards

Sounds like the requester information. OOTB it's lame, it does a lookup by first name/last name (you're out of luck if you have two john smiths at your company). We did a mod so you could provide the corporate id which is unique. What do the logs tell you? What's the exact error? Jack Covert
