First, you have to define an approval process, which defines what will
happen to a Request when that process is triggered. Then you create one or
more Mappings, which tell the system who, and under what conditions, can

Good idea, Joe, but the problem is that it can't get to the point of even
running any SQL. It won't connect to the data source to start the job. I
am beginning to suspect a BMC issue.

Like ITIL, there are some rules and some guidelines, but the rest should be
