Did BMC do away with the command line utility for the 9.1 Data Import tool? I
used to have a batch file that would run periodically but now refuses to run
since I upgraded from 8.1. I cannot find any documentation online in regards to
the 9.1 version.

When I reset the Next ID to say 1001, it creates the next record using the next

moving Remedy in AWS.

top of a form when that form is opened up in the Client User Tool had a field
ID.
