I am currently trying to install SAP BOXI 3.1 SP2 (the version which comes with BMC Analytics). I am getting an error which says I need to utilize a file called vcredist.msi. I can't seem to get by this error. Has anyone seen this? Is there a known fix? Any help is appreciated. Gordon M.
