On Midtier, is there a way to prevent a user from just clicking the 'X' to close an internet window? Possibly some code I could put in the header or footer? I have users that fill in online forms, then close the window without clicking on Submit. I'm hoping I'm just missing something simple.

That's what I thought, however, it does read it. For about 20 minutes, the system reads correctly every 2 minutes as configured. Then for about 10 - 15 minutes, it's as though it can't find the mailbox anymore. Then it works again. I've got our Exchange team looking into it. Just wondered
