We are trying to show the Name of a CI in Atrium Explorer instead of the Short
Description. We have added the required entries to the
BMC.CORE.CONFIG:BMC_UIComponent form but it seems that it does not refresh
after 10 minutes according to the documentation.

(Remedy Open Source) using the AR System itself then it will most probably be
more stable than the releases from BMC themselves :)

Make sure you do not have revers proxies in place and also make sure your
proxies is not caching the remedy websites (mid-tier URL’s). BMC once told us
that this must be handled by the mid-tier server itself.

Make sure you do not have reverse proxies that cache the Remedy URL's. We were
advised by BMC a while ago that the mid-tier is the only component that should
handle the cache. After our proxy guys disabled the cache from NOT happening
on the reverse proxies all worked fine.
