[Blind-Computing] Gmail Messages on the Server

I use Gmail as my only e-mail account. Is there any way to delete messages on the server efficiently, so I do not need to do each individually with JAWS? First, they are deleted and then they go into the Trash which then needs to be deleted forever. This is cumbersome and takes so much time.

Thanks dave and Rick. Rick, I wasn't aware that with the outgoing it depended upon the ISP you had and thought gmail had it's own. I will try again later tonight. I, however, typed in everything that David typed in but maybe the boxes that needed to be checked wasn't checked. I don't remember
