I'm pretty sure MSP was out way before mushZ existed. It's been around
for many years, mushZ has too, but I'd be willing to wager MSP existed
before mushZ.

Yeah, but you’d have to put them into the app, and define text to play with
them.

some info on what specifically you found better than mush-z?
That might help the developers bring what you enjoyed about MSP to Mush-Z.

Yes, for the most part. There are some additional sounds, but from my
limited testing, tintin-alteraeon is heavily based on msp.

But, alter aeon supports the mud sounc protocl, so I don't understand
why mushz fiddles around with sound packs, just download the sounds from
the mud itself, that's what they're for. I did notice that muzhZ doesn't
play the sounds alt
sound for special
events.
All the best,

@travis, not all mud SOUNDPACKS work by msp, actually comparatively few of
them do, only classic six dragons and materiamagica I believe.
A lot of muds with pre build soundpacks make those soundpacks for! specific
clients, by having a set of scripts for the client along with sounds that

HI,

go to the mush z folder. in there isan update file. run that to
Thanks so much for the info.
Do I need to install any of the plug ins?
Or are they already install?

I got it from the Alter Aeon website.
When I went to the actual website of Mush it said that the version was 5.0.5
However everytime I open Alter Aeon

maybe do some researching on their sites to see if anything is there.

HI,
You will need to create a new world.
Note that mush z was made specifically for alter aeon so many things will
not work on other muds. you will just have to experiment a bit to see what
does, and does not, work.
Also as far as i understand it, the mud itself does not have sounds. it
