did you reset the Trunk after you made the change on Service Parameters ?
If you have a GK on the lab and if it's telling you to use 1720 and your
output doesn't show port 1720

Thanks for all the answers.
I did search the services for 1720 and
no
when you do the initial setup for CUE
it indeed request a user id/password, the last step on the setup
those are the credentials that you should use
the user/name password set under telephony-service
that's indeed user for the integration

I just tested it too and it works with the transcoder as Randall said
2011/5/30 Randall Saborio ill2...@gmail.com
Hey guys, just to bring up an old discussion.
Had to prove to myself if transcoder would work as RSVP and it works just
fine for me.
Not sure what you may be missing, but I got
clear the line
do a show users
and the connection to cue might be in use
once you know which line you're using
do a
clear line X
and then try to get to cue again

I'm having a weird issue. (see snipits below)
I configured mt CME for CUE(not
i re-configured my script using the default icd.aef
and eveyrhing worked great
thanks

I'd check ip routing. rtp from uccx may be routed to the gw, but not to the
ip phones?

hello i'm working on workbook 2 lab 10
i have the cue configured, registered
cool !!
thank you
i'll try them today
2011/5/28 adam compton com...@gmail.com
For any body who needs them, here are some acls I use to test full SRST
functionality
BR1
access-list 150 deny ip 10.10.201.0 0.0.0.255 any
access-list 150 deny ip host 10.10.110.2 any
access-list 150 deny ip
you will have to implemente access list for SRST to work properly
or create a new ccm-group with the pub server only
assign the ccm-group to the proper device pool
and when you're ready to test srst
just stop the ccm service on the pub
2011/5/29 Randall Crumm rrcr...@yahoo.com
HI,
Just
on your phone check the network settings do they have an SRST reference ?
2011/5/29 Rrcrumm rrcr...@yahoo.com
I did the latter but with the sub and it did not work
