I have purchased the build file for two prior C, and When I purchased my 37
in 2014, I called south shore to inquire about purchasing the build file: I was
told by south Shore that all of the files had been tossed because they "didn't
want to mess with them anymore"...: I will not do business
Bob, I guess they're all project boats in one form or another! But the good
news is that there's lots of help available: there are several 37 owners on the
list who can be if help to you: see also Dave Godin's site,
http://roninrebuild.blogspot.com/ Dave is a frequent contributor here and
Interesting about the wind gusts; we are in the middle of the Ohio Valley and
went out in the remnants of Hurricane Nate: we had mean winds of 14-18 mph with
gust in the mid to upper 30s; I clocked one gust at 39: of course it put the
rail in the water..grin, grin...!

Joe and fellow C think that's an excellent idea: and I would be
wiling to contribute to a tribute/rememberance of some type; either to his
family or a public acknowledgment of his contributions to our sailing world; I
know that I have lived and enjoyed the legacy of his designs for over 30
Dennis, you need to sit through the storm and give us hourly updates like the

Jack, I stayed at Gulfport marina on a charter a couple of years ago; really
liked the place! We did see a few hulls and other borderline boats in the
anchorage in front of the casino area...;

Neil, Congrats on a great boat! I would be interested in your views of how
this boat meets your needs as compared to your former boat; sailing
characteristics, handling, cruising capabilities, overall use and
enjoyments...? I know that it will take some time to learn and determine all
of
Lisle, the main thing to be wary of is falling in love with the boat...which
you will do...I did, and now I'm on my 4th C(25, 29, 33-II and 37); as are
many of the good people on this list.! Do get the survey, and do check out
the things needing improvement or repairs, but also know
Dennis, you're rightif this prediction is true, Harvey will end up directly
