Not sure how he did it but I've been using the boot floppy for peanut
linux which includes mc. However it doesn't do well with scsi

it won't work with my rieserfs root partition not to mention ata66.

Sorry to let you down but the most of the cyrix processors have had
stability problems. I see this problem allot in my computer store. The
problem is most likely not with the kernel but your processor.

you already have apache and dig in your distro this could very easily
make it searchable. As far as the distro being to big apache is not so
big and you get searchable help files.

I'm not exactly sure what is wrong but with the current mirror using
fmirror my system locks up. That is just the display. Most likely it is
the apm but maybe xfree.
I'm not ever sure were to look for problems but if somebody will point

How do you use rieser with the new Drakx. I would like to try it out but
i don't seem to see any options for it.

It is a journeling file system. When your system crashes it can recover
faster without having to use fsck. Also it's supposed to be faster than
ext2.

Thanks my /home and ftp/pub partitions made it ok but root and swap are
bad. At lest none of the important stuff is gone and I made copies a
long time ago of things like rc.masq and samba.conf to my /home dir so

there a way to force it to do this?
Using the network install right after the second stage install I get a

there doesn't appear to be any other errors.

I've tried quite a few times in the last couple of days and the
installer is much faster with the process of installing the packages.
Nice pixel to do it 8 at a time it even starts faster. one problem is
that the web server is broken though. all else seems to work mostly.
dhcp is also having some

not sure it's been awhile but the last time I tried svga with anything I
was stuck in 256 colors at 640X480 or something like that. Maybe it was
800X600 but I don't think I ever got any better than that.
