I am extremely behind so sorry if someone has answered this already. But it is
telling you to put it in the oven while the oven is preheating. Most ovens take
about 15 minutes to preheat. That is so it brings everything to the same temp
and cooks evenly. Also by putting it in to the oven w
and it comes with a my K cup which you could
probably get from Amazon or other places. I put one scoop of coffee in the cup.
I use the usual kind of coffee scoop. It fills about half the my K cup.
