I've noticed that the CPAN Testers site status says things are fine/green/excellent but that updates to the results for PDL and OpenGL aren't showing. It is as if the metabase information is not making it to the web page. --Chris

and the latency on the ADSL disappeared. Switch to online, latency back, offline, latency gone. Which means that they were traffic shaping the HTTP requests to metabase all along. CPAN Testers Reports has perl version 0 for cygwin

as 0. The difference between the incorrect listing for 4294533 and the correct listing for a different report 4251466 appears to be the additional patch number in the raw report e-mail. Maybe a substitution pattern breaks if you have a patch perl? --Chris
