Actually, the RC4 candidate contains BuildShip *1.0.2* which doesn't
seem to be affected with this blocker bug.
So if there is no blocker bug with BuildShip 1.0.2, I believe there is

Maybe it should simply be called "Aggregated release" and that's all.
Many projects create releases between aggregated ones, in order to
satisfy their users and "pick" one of those releases to get into the
aggregator. It's IMO a simpler and more efficient model.

We could also allow the bug assignee who receive the reward to
distribute the bounty as he wants, for example to reward a critical
comment. Or even let people reward comments (similarly to giving stars,
hearts, thumbs up...) even if there's no patch yet.

I've got a question about marketplace.eclipse.org.
When one adds an entry on behalf of an Eclipse.org project to
marketplace, should they set "Member Company" to true or false? What are
the advantage of being marked as a project from a Member Company?

it is a decent documentation if commit messages are
well written. With the rise of code-review, there are less "noisy"
commits, so reading the changelog just seems like a better documentation
than sorting out the right Bugzilla request.
