Pleased to hear you're happy with the CORE32.
My LMS runs on a Pi3. It sits there working, no maintenance, updates
don't happen at all
Glad it's sorted.

I think there was something screwed with my system. I stopped LMS and
renamed favourites.opml. When LMS started it created a new one and I
mostly copied the contents of the old one into it.
Then everything was fine and I now have nice neat favourites, which I
shall use in vengeance over the

What do you see exactly, this is what I see moving a track into BBC
folder. Sorted and unsorted, both work for
I had high hopes of this but no.
The setting was on... and now it is off... and it still does not work.
And yup, I am in list view. :-(

Seems to work for me regardless of this setting (in list view only of
course).

Sorry, It does not work in either view.
Upload of video proof will not work for some reason, but exactly the
same thing happens in list view. :-(
Any ideas?
In desperation I will reboot the Chromebook.
Take care of your tongue. It is in a wet place and can easily slip.

You are in Grid View. It doesn't work in Grid view. Switch to List view.

Well, thank you very much chaps. I am honoured.
But, no it still does not work for me, in either view... and it does not
work for me on my Windows workstation either.
Therefore I suspect I am doing something really stupid, so I have tried
to link to a video od me dragging and dropping it that

I was not in Grid View - I never am!

It works for me on my Chromebook. I have never created a Folder in
Favourites before, but I did so (Just for you). I dragged and dropped
and item into the folder then realised I didn't know how to take it out
- but there is a menu to return a favourite to the parent folder. That
worked too.

Hello.
I've started to use Favourites in earnest. I've made some folders and
expected to be able to drag and drop existing favourites into the
correct folder, but drag and drop does not seem to work.
Is it best to work on the raw favourites file?

I ordered a couple of Raspiaudio Muse Proto boards from Amazon.de
because Amazon.co.uk didn't list any stock. They're due to arrive on
Monday, having started their journey in or near Barcelona. They're now
undergoing customs clearance in Mouscron in Belgium. I have no idea
whether I'll have

Brexit has made life weird. I now use Amazon.de a good deal (because
they seem to want the displaced uk users - they have english option),
but for some goods (i.e. electrical UK plug, PC keyboards) I'll use
amazon.co.uk

I ordered from their website on 12th (I think) - very very shortly
afterwards, ordering moved to Amazon.
Delivery is coming from Amazon.fr - so I have a crossover order.

It used to be "low power" meant "limited functionality". Now with Pi4
and even CORE32 - these units are not only low power but can support
sync on many players, do full transcoding and possible

Agreed! Although I am running LMS for years now on a customized barebone
PC with Linux, the most straightforward way of running it these days is
indeed piCorePlayer however.
A self installed, customized system is IMO a

"Best" is very subjective of course - but I've run LMS and Squeezebox
arrays on Windows (currently Win11) with very, very few problems, for
many, many years.
Maybe I'm that "lucky customer" but I've had very, very few general
Windows hiccups at all, in any regard, over 20+ years.
