Venice, and then Toshi, JF1CXH on JP1YIU B Called, then JK1PBD called
from JP1YIU B, both in Tokyo.
The tid bit I gleaned is that JA stations can only use their zone
calls or (if I understand correctly) Gateways to make contacts out
