[Elecraft] KX2.KX3 Serial Port Extender

I have just put finishing touches on a Serial Port Expander for use with the KX3/KX2 series of transceivers. The device will plug into a regular or USB serial adapter (DE-9M) like the standard KUSB from Elecraft. I have posted a PDF document on my web site at http://nr4c.net/projects

Just finished my KPA500 last night. Plugged it in and it lit up. Hooray! Went to bed happy. Today I pressed the button to get out of standby and lo and behold, I got a FAULT and the error displayed 270V ERR. Took side panel off and checked cables, tap and anything I could see, all ok.

Yes! But I'm not sure what your DSP DIGITAL DATE is referring to. I have used my K3 AND KX3 with n1mm for RTTY and PSK31. These are using the computer sound card. I built an interface for my KX3 to include xforner isolation for both audio lines and transistor switching for PTT and CW KEYING.
