that the PC had two different MS-Office installs listed in Add/Remove
Programs along with a seperate listing for MS-Word. I uninstalled all

We had this problem sometime last year. We figured out that if the User's
password had expired or if you had the "User must change password . . . ."

Can't be done.
You can, however, use something like squid proxy
(http://www.squid-cache.org) in front of your OWA box, and use some of its
filtering rules to help protect the server.

I think if you are using multicast, you have to put a static ARP entry. You need to
use the virtual MAC address that is displayed in the WLBS properties.
