Try running the Knowledge Consistency Checker on the mailbox servers after replicating the removal of the Dir Rep connector. When I had to do this in the past, I made sure that all servers in each site had replicated and all other sites removed before recreating the Dir Rep connector. Regards

I've running Exchange 5.5 service pack 3, 2 servers in a single site. The 2 servers are connected together via an OC3, so bandwidth shouldn't be an issue. One of my servers occasionally stops responding. None of the services stop, they just stop responding. The only indication I've found that
