[Finale] Finale window pane problem

Hi all Updated to latest FINMAC14 version. Now, what was a surmountable problem has become chronic.  The window pane is cut off on the left side.  If one looks at bottom left I can see the bar number inset and the right scroll arrow -- the left scroll arrow is inaccessible.  This lacunae
