Hi David,
You do have to run the plug-in following part extraction, but it's
still much more automated than editing all the staff name headers by
hand. You need only run it once, and it will fill in the staff name
headers for all open documents.

In any case, where's the first downbeat of Beethoven 5? If it's

Is it possible, in Win Fin 2001 to put a Small note

Thanks you Christopher. My rationale is I
have a two bar bolero rhythm going on and the melodic cue is merely to advise
the drummer as to where he is up to- not for him to ever play the cue.
Thanks for info!

Hey Keith,
One thing I forgot to mention -- no matter if you use slashes or
two-bar repeats, you should label the ensemble cues with CUE ONLY -
DON'T PLAY.
The first time through, the drummer will still try to play them, but at
least you will have something to point to on his part when you
Keith,
The standard solution in this case -- which I would really recommend
you adopt instead of two-bar repeats -- is to write out two bars of the
bolero rhythm, then use slash notation after that, with a cont. sim.
indication, and ensemble cues above the staff.
