Hi Tom.
I have really fond memories of the gamecube and gba player. I'd used the
super gameboy on the Snes to play a couple of original gb titles full
screen, particularly Metroid Ii (yes, I love the metroid series). I'd heard
about the new metroid and mega man games on the gba, and of course

Hi list,
on an old dos computer I still have from the early 90s, I still have an
old football club management game, called soccer manager, made in about
1991 I believe, by new era software.
The game is entirely text based, the idea is that you are the manager of

Hi Thomas,
You make a very good point about spelling the answers in a Jeopardy game. And

Well you can google Diamond sound card and find the makers of that

Hi Bryan,
Precisely my point. A lot of people often don't pronounce certain names
or words correctly and end up spelling it wrong as a result. Confusing
Wimbledon with Wimbleton is a easy mistake to make, and the game
wouldn't be forgiving enough to take poor spelling into account.
Cheers!
How much of a problem would there be as far as a database large enough to
prevent repeat questions that would decrease replay value?

Hi Dark,
Well, I guess what sets Jeopardy apart from other quiz shows is that the
rules are a bit different from your average quiz show. Instead of asking
the contestants questions they are given an answer and they are suppose
to supply the correct question. So its backwards from the normal

I agree. Multiple choice is really the only way to do it. Basically,

Hi Charles,
That would depend on how many categories and questions were added to the

it may only have say 50 per category but that could easily grow to a
Hi Charles,
Yes, but its a case of easier said than done. I've never been good with
string comparisons and in a case like this the key word would have to be
simply Washington since his titles such as General and President are
irrelevant in this case, and his first name is simply optional.
Hi ryan,
Sounds good. I definitely think I'll give that a try.

Hey, Thomas.

Hello Thomas,
I noticed that in some jeopardy programmed, there are teams, and
categories for x points. You can choose your category, as well as how
many points. If a player say, gets the question correct, they get those
points, and the player who got the correct question gets to pick another
