Someone tried once but to be honest I never finnished and well now the author seems to have dissapeared and the download link does not work bar those that people put on dropbox I don't think there is much call for it. Hi Nicol, One thng I will say, it is impossible to actually dodge attacks in Night of Parasite. As for most of the features you've mentioned, none of those exist in NOP as of now. Also, there is not BETA of Entomebd in which one fought like that. The combat is still turn-based, however, which makes sense since some attacks/spells would be hard to do on the fly. I experience many times that if I press A, jaws does not say my stats. This also happens if I press z to check the coordinates. Sometimes jaws does not announce my coordinates, I only hear a bleep. Is this a jaws problem or is it a bug in the game? I am using jfw10. 5. I read on audiogames.net that this is a role playing game. Is this game similar to entombed? Or is there more content in entombed? 6. Long ago I played a very early beta of entombed and in that beta, I can't remember the version number, fighting worked similar to the last crusade where the gamer press only a single key and then a randomizer determines whether the gamer or the enemy miss or manage a hit and how much damage is done to gamer or enemy.. Is this the case with the latest version of entombed? AS with night of parasite, I prefer walking to where the enemy is and fight; rather than to fight an enemy like in last crusade. The last crusade makes use of a passive method of fighting. In night of parasite fighting is almost like in shades of doom. I haven't advanced far in night of parasite yet. I am only in the first chapter now. I need to get used to dodging enemy attacks and fighting. This is more tricky than in shades of doom as there is no nightscope as in shades of doom. ok. you need to pass a blade and defeat a small box to get the box gun. then after you mash him you need to find the box and get it unlocked. as for the door in level3. what colour is it? some doors need keys and codes. there are 3 ways to get keys and codes. 1. bosses or monsters. 2. they are lieing round. 3 they are themselves behind other doors. they also may be by traps as is any item. they can be hanging in places, but on various objects. the good thing is that an object will beep if there is anything important to do so its not hard. Hi ken. the game is not infected with a trogion, but Avg thinks it is. turn off the web shield and resident shield while downloading the game, then, find the exceptions button on the resident shield page and use the add paths option to both the install folder for the game, eg: programfiles\night of parasite, and the setup file for the game. it is clean. its just the chinese installer. I did have it up on dropbox. but after a few weeks after I got no responce I assumed it was no longer needed so got rid of it. The installer is not infected with anything, you may turn off avg while you install the game. Hellow, I just had to route JAWS to PC, then was able to read the code sheet by going across with the arrows to read it. ok with the normal installer push alt n till you hear the drive going, then wait. then when it stops hit alt f. on an alternit thing you can get my installer from divshare. For whatever reason it has mangled the game slightly, ie you can use guns in streams, rivers but not pipes and ocationally some of the code papers will not work. Also on occation I am not sure if it is the installer or not but the game will crash if you continue a game then decide not to do so or use an assembler to upgrade a sword. Just make loads of saved things for when you solve a puzzle. Helps a load. look in the archives. If you get asked for a password try to get a divshare account, these are free this may work. not sure why it has a password I nver put one in. There is one med kit in the final room near the east wall, but if you're totally out of them, and unless you're a real good bullet-dodger, I do not think it can be done if you want to defeat the boss. The only boss I can think of you might be talking about behind a closet is the final boss of the chapter. You can shoot over the acid pond. All you have to do is find the gap in the closet where the acid pond is and he should be centered. If you shoot him there, you should get a few hits in. But be warned, you can't go toe to toe with this guy. aah thanks muna. When I found all 4 enterances at the bottem I knew there was only 1 left to go. but it seemed impossible to get to. The only thing is that the monsters don't attack when I am close to the blades, so that gives me time to reload my gun. and equip my kits. Due to carefull management I actually got off better than I should have in the other 2 chapters. Ill go start banging away, thanks tonns. Its completely possible to just run past them. I beat chapter 3 the second time without killing a single mosquito. You just have to pay really close attention to exact sounds and sometimes count your steps. And make sure you have the brass armor so they essentially can't hurt you. aah maybe this is why I die. I thought the iron armour was better as I found it later than the brass one. I'll restart. Before I died though I managed to get the miny gun, quite good. I have not got passed level 2 yet, I narrowly got level1 but never got it done, so help in completing these would be good, ie electric boxes, and the bos on level1. the big one. then on level2 well all of level2. No, level two is quite big. Yeah, the levels tend to turn into a giant maze after level 1. Level 3 was rather difficult, I bawk slightly at the concept of level 4, whenever it comes out. Especially given how hard the boss fight was at the end of level 3. For those of you reading this, a heads up, don't make the same mistake I did, save your pesticide ammo. You only get one shot, and you'll need it to kill the mantis in the boss battle. The electric box is a trap that if you step on it, it does rather a lot of damage over time. Right up there with acid ponds and fire pits. And no, level 2 is most definitely bigger than 1. The code on level two is: S P O I L E R S P A C E Behind the blue door. You have to find the yellow key, which if I remember right is In the silver box. The silver key is in the store room on the second level. Or actually I think its called very big room. But its through a gate in the main entryway of the second floor. Where did you find contact information for the dev? I couldn't find a manual in the folders, but maybe I just missed it or something. Hi all. Monsters reappear each time you leave a battle room, so make sure you have a good reason if you want to turn back. In level 1, there is one place where you need to s p o i l e r To open the tank, you have to get the iron key. It is in a room with two fire pits. This will let you get ... Well, maybe I shouldn't say. tip: Don't use your A ammo pack until all your ammo is up, because it gives you 100 ammo, regardless of what your ammo count was.
