At the moment, I just need to print a single long email. Printing to PDF
would be fine, and I looked that up, but the option doesn't seem to be
present when I click the little "print all" icon at upper right of the
email. The only choice I get is to print to my own printer or to a

Just tried the multiple contact names as you suggested. It works, sort of.
If I type in just the right number of characters, maybe the first three, I

Checking again this morning, I see that the last Group email I sent out
actually *is* in my Trash - so I was just very careless when I checked for
that email earlier. The tip that these Group emails are automatically put
in Trash, but they are not stored in
any future problems. You're right - I do know about the 6 month limit

It seems clear, and it works on my desktop computer but it doesn't work at
all on my laptop computer. After signing out and then signing in again, I
should be able to see both accounts. But all I see on the laptop computer
is *my* account name, with the option to create yet another new account.

emails, and I copy the addresses for those right off the group
